Refund policy
Nature of Product
All items sold by GARDENING ART are digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.
Delivery
After successful payment, you will receive an email with your download link or access instructions. Delivery is typically instant. If you do not see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.
All Sales Final
Because digital content cannot be returned, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, mistaken purchases, or device/software incompatibility.
Access or File Issues
If you experience any of the following within 7 days of purchase, contact us at support@study-access.com and we will re-send or replace the file at no cost:
- Non-delivery (no download email received)
- Corrupted file or broken link
- The delivered file is not the product described on the product page
If we are unable to restore access or provide a working replacement file, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same digital product more than once, email us within 7 days. After verification, we will refund the duplicate charge.
Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with proof of delivery, including email delivery logs and download/access records. Please contact us first so we can resolve any issue quickly.
EU/UK Digital Content Withdrawal Right
If you are in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to cancel a purchase. However, by downloading or accessing the digital file, you waive your cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if the file is faulty or not as described.
Taxes and Currency
Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes required by your jurisdiction. Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion or fees.
